About the Role

Moneytree Realty Services Ltd is looking for an experienced, target-oriented and dynamic VP / AVP / Associate Director – Sales to lead our real estate sales operations, drive revenue growth and build high-performing sales teams.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of the Delhi NCR real estate market, excellent leadership skills, a strong client/channel network and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.

* Lead, mentor and manage Sales Managers, Team Leaders and Sales Executives.

* Drive lead generation, client meetings, site visits, negotiations and closures.

* Build strong relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, investors, channel partners and developers.

* Develop new business opportunities and expand the company’s market presence.

* Monitor team performance, sales pipeline, conversion ratios and revenue.

* Conduct regular sales reviews and establish clear KPIs for the team.

* Identify high-potential real estate projects and develop effective sales strategies.

* Maintain strong relationships with developers and channel partners.

* Handle key clients and personally participate in high-value negotiations and closures.

* Ensure effective follow-up and maximum conversion of qualified leads.

* Analyze competitor activities, market trends and pricing to identify new opportunities.

* Recruit, train and develop high-performing sales professionals.

* Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes and professional standards.





* Prepare regular sales forecasts, MIS reports and business plans for senior management.

Candidate Requirements

* 8–15+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales, depending on the position.

* Minimum 4–5 years of leadership experience for AVP/Associate Director-level roles.

* Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.

* Robust knowledge of Noida, Greater Noida, Gurgaon and Delhi NCR real estate markets.

* Strong network of HNI/UHNI clients, investors and channel partners will be an advantage.

* Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.

* Strong team-management and leadership capabilities.

* Ability to work in a highly target-driven environment.

* Own Car is mandatory.

* Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing/Business Management preferred.

Position-Wise Experience

Associate Director – Sales

- 8–10+ years of real estate sales experience
- 3–4+ years in a team leadership/management role

AVP – Sales

- 6-8+ years of real estate sales experience
- 4–6+ years in a senior leadership role

VP – Sales

- 10-11+ years of real estate sales experience
- Strong experience in managing large sales teams and business verticals
