We are looking for a well-spoken and responsible Customer Care Executive residing in Jaipur to join our women’s fashion brand team full-time. The role is work from home.
Requirements:
- Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi
- Ability to speak politely and professionally with customers
- Basic knowledge of customer support and handling queries
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, calls, and order updates
- Responsible, sincere, and quick at responding
Job Details:
- Full-time work from home job
- Customer handling for a women’s wear fashion brand
- Assisting customers with orders, exchanges, delivery updates, and general queries
Preferred:
- Prior experience in customer support/customer care
- Interest in fashion and women’s clothing
