As a Field Recruiter, you will play a key role in building and expanding the InstaHelp partner network across Chennai.

About the Role

We are looking for energetic, target-oriented and field-driven individuals who can identify, approach, convince and onboard domestic help professionals to join InstaHelp by Urban Company.

This is a 100% field-oriented recruitment role where you will spend most of your working day in the field, interacting directly with potential partners.

Your primary responsibility will be to source quality candidates, explain the InstaHelp opportunity, complete the recruitment process and drive successful onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Field Recruitment





- Identify potential domestic help professionals in assigned locations.
- Visit residential areas, communities, marketplaces and other relevant locations to source candidates.
- Approach and engage potential candidates through direct interaction.
- Generate a consistent pipeline of potential InstaHelp partners.

2. Candidate Pitching

- Explain the InstaHelp by Urban Company opportunity clearly to prospective partners.
- Explain the benefits, earning potential, working process and platform advantages.
- Understand candidate concerns and address their questions effectively.
- Convince suitable candidates to consider joining the platform.
- Follow up with candidates until successful activation.

3. Daily Target Achievement

- Work towards daily and weekly recruitment targets.
- Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.
- Track:
- Leads generated
- Candidates contacted
- Interested candidates
- Approvals
- Onboardings
- Activations
