Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers.
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the sales, design, and project teams.
- Keep customers informed about project updates.
- Respond to customer queries and assist in resolving concerns.
- Maintain customer details and follow-up records.
- Follow up with leads and assist in converting enquiries into customers.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the process.

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
