About the Role

We are setting up a new two-wheeler spare-parts distribution business in Tiruppur, supplying spare parts and engine oils directly to two-wheeler mechanics and workshops.

We are looking for an experienced person who has good practical knowledge of two-wheeler spare parts, part numbers, vehicle compatibility, purchasing and stock management.

This is an important position. The person will be responsible for making sure we maintain the right products, right quantities and right SKUs based on actual customer demand.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and maintain rapid-moving two-wheeler spare parts.
- Purchase the correct spare parts and SKUs from manufacturers, distributors and wholesalers.
- Maintain accurate stock records.
- Check incoming materials for correct part number, brand, quantity and condition.
- Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving items.
- Set minimum stock levels and prepare purchase requirements.
- Compare supplier prices and negotiate where possible.
- Maintain good relationships with spare-parts suppliers.
- Understand compatibility of parts across popular two-wheeler models.
- Identify alternative brands/products when a particular part is unavailable.
- Monitor stock movement and recommend new products based on customer demand.
- Reduce dead stock, excess stock and incorrect purchases.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and maintain inventory accuracy.

Candidate Requirements





- 3–10 years of experience in two-wheeler spare-parts business preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of motorcycle and scooter spare parts.
- Should be familiar with popular models from Hero, Honda, TVS, Bajaj, Yamaha, Suzuki and Royal Enfield.
- Knowledge of part numbers/SKUs and model compatibility is highly preferred.
- Experience dealing with spare-parts distributors or manufacturers.
- Good understanding of fast-moving two-wheeler parts.
- Basic computer knowledge for stock entry and inventory management.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Should be responsible, honest and detail-oriented.
- Tamil communication is essential.
- Knowledge of English for reading part names, invoices and product catalogues is preferred.
