- Manage Incoming, In-process and Final Quality Inspection.
- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications and GD&T; requirements.
- Prepare and maintain Control Plan, PFMEA, Process Flow, SOP, Inspection Plan and Quality Records.
- Handle customer complaints and prepare 8D, CAPA, RCA and 5 Why reports.
- Conduct process, product and supplier audits.
- Monitor internal rejection, rework, scrap and customer PPM.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Maintain calibration records and measuring instrument control.
- Support SPC, MSA and Gauge R&R; activities.
- Monitor supplier quality performance and coordinate corrective actions.
- Support customer audits and QMS audits.
- Analyse quality data and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality procedures and standards.





Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Engineering Drawing & GD&T;.
- Hands-on experience with Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Thread Gauges, etc.
- Knowledge of 7 QC Tools, 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone and CAPA.
- Knowledge of Control Plan, PFMEA and Process Flow.
- Knowledge of SPC, MSA and Process Capability.
- Positive documentation and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in Sheet Metal / Press Components / CNC Machining / Fabrication will be preferred.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
