JOB DESCRIPTION - Data Entry Accounts Executive*

*Job Summary:*

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting entries, data management and documentation. Candidate should have positive knowledge of Tally, MS Excel and basic accounting.

*Key Responsibilities:*

*1. Data Entry & Accounting:*

- Daily data entry in Tally ERP / Tally Prime - Sales, Purchase, Receipt, Payment, Journal entries
- Maintain Bills, Invoices, Vouchers and Petty Cash entries
- Handle Bank reconciliation and Ledger reconciliation

*2. Accounts Support:*

- Assist in GST filing, TDS entries and basic compliance documentation
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records
- Coordinate with CA and internal audit team for closing activities

*3. MS Excel & Reporting:*

- Prepare daily / weekly MIS reports in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table)
- Maintain stock data, inventory sheet and other records
- Generate reports for Management as required

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
