About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on and commercially driven Chartered Accountant to take end-to-end ownership of the Finance & Accounts function of a Business Unit at Tradearch Market Platforms Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for closing books, managing receivables and payables, preparing and reviewing MIS, driving margin and profitability analysis, managing working capital and ensuring strong financial controls and compliance.

This role requires someone who goes beyond accounting and is able to understand the business, connect financial numbers with business performance, identify gaps and provide actionable insights to the management team.

Key Responsibilities

- Take end-to-end ownership of Finance & Accounts, including accounting, reporting, controls, and financial planning.
- Lead and ensure timely monthly, quarterly and annual book closures.
- Review and oversee the complete accounting cycle, including AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, provisions, accruals, and statutory adjustments.
- Own accounts receivable and collections, including ageing analysis, outstanding follow-up, credit control, and collection efficiency.
- Manage accounts payable, vendor balances, payment schedules, and working-capital requirements.
- Prepare and review monthly MIS, providing management with explicit insights into revenue, costs, margins, working capital, and profitability.
- Drive margin analysis and margin closures, with visibility into product, customer, channel, or business-segment profitability as applicable.
- Review P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow,



and key financial metrics and identify significant variances or areas requiring management attention.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, cash-flow projections, and variance analysis.
- Work closely with business and operations teams to understand commercial decisions and their impact on revenue, costs, margins, and profitability.
- Manage banking relationships, working capital facilities, bank renewals and limit enhancements, including documentation and negotiations; monitor banking facilities and working capital and prepare CMA data, stock statements and financial projections.
- Identify financial leakages, cost inefficiencies, process gaps, and control weaknesses, and recommend corrective actions.
- Strengthen internal controls, accounting processes, financial systems, and reporting mechanisms.
- Ensure timely and accurate GST, TDS, taxation, audit, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, banks, vendors, and other external stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timely availability of financial data across the organisation.

Candidate Profile

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5+ years of post-qualification experience.




- Strong experience in end-to-end Finance & Accounts management.
- Strong understanding of book closure, P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, AP, AR, MIS, and profitability analysis.
- Proven experience in margin analysis, working-capital management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Strong commercial and business acumen, with the ability to understand the business beyond financial statements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong command of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to independently manage finance operations and work closely with senior management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹1,600,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
