- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and manage monthly social media content calendars aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, posts, scripts, and social media copy.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators to produce high-quality content.
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, publishing, and content distribution.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, trending audio, hashtags, and platform updates.
- Create Reels, carousels, stories, static posts, polls, and other engaging formats.
- Monitor comments, DMs, mentions, and audience interactions and ensure timely responses.
- Build and maintain a robust online brand presence and community engagement.
- Track social media performance including reach, impressions, engagement, followers, views, leads, and conversions.
- Prepare weekly/monthly social media performance reports with actionable insights.




- Analyse competitor social media activities and identify content gaps and growth opportunities.
- Conduct social listening to understand audience sentiment, trends, and conversations.
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team to create organic content that supports paid campaigns.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, contests, influencer collaborations, and promotional activities.
- Ensure all content follows brand guidelines, tone of voice, visual identity, and platform best practices.
- Continuously test different content formats, hooks, posting times, and creative approaches to improve performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely communication of offers, events, launches, and announcements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
