We are looking for a Commercial Real Estate Broker to join our team and manage end-to-end commercial leasing mandates. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their requirements, identifying suitable properties, managing property options and site visits, and driving negotiations through to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage client relationships across the commercial leasing process, from requirement understanding to deal closure.
- Identify and present suitable office/commercial real estate options based on client requirements.
- Coordinate property shortlisting, site visits, commercial negotiations and documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, occupiers and other market stakeholders.
- Work closely with the sales/business development team to identify and develop recent client opportunities.
- Generate leads and contribute to business development and revenue targets.




- Stay updated on commercial real estate market trends, rentals, vacancy levels, upcoming developments and key transactions.
- Provide clients with relevant market insights to support their real estate decisions.
- Maintain a strong pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups and closures.

Ideal Candidate:
2–6 years of experience in commercial real estate / office leasing, preferably with hands-on experience in the Gurgaon/NCR market, strong negotiation skills, client-facing experience and a proven ability to independently drive transactions from lead generation to closure

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45.0 – 50.0 per week
