We are looking for an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in performance marketing, campaign optimization, conversion tracking, and managing multiple advertising accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Shopping, and Performance Max.

Manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

Develop campaign strategies based on business goals, audience insights, and performance data.

Monitor and optimize ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversions, and advertising spend.

Plan and execute audience, creative, bidding, and campaign testing strategies.

Set up and manage conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API (CAPI).

Analyze campaign performance and provide clear reports and strategic recommendations.

Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability.

Independently manage multiple advertising accounts and maintain performance targets.

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.





Strong practical experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

Proven experience managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns.

Strong understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, CAPI, and conversion tracking.

Experience with e-commerce and/or lead generation campaigns is preferred.

Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to independently manage multiple advertising accounts.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
