Hiring: Draughtsman – Real Estate & Commercial Projects

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draughtsman to join our Real Estate & Commercial Projects team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate architectural and construction drawings and coordinating with architects, consultants, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare 2D architectural, construction, and working drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare and revise drawings as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with Architects, Structural & MEP Consultants, and Site Teams.
- Take site measurements and update drawings when required.
- Ensure accuracy, proper dimensions, and timely submission of drawings.
- Maintain drawing records and document revisions.
- Revision: Redraft and modify designs based on team input and project changes.
- Site Visits: Conduct site visits to gather information and verify design accuracy.
- Prepare supporting documents, bills of materials, and maintain organized project records.
- Preparing layouts, calculating dimensions, producing 2D/3D models,



and managing design documentation

Requirements

- ITI / Diploma / Certification in Draughtsman, Civil Engineering, or Architectural Drafting.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction, real estate, or commercial projects.
- Solid knowledge of AutoCAD 2D.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of Revit / SketchUp will be an advantage.
- Good attention to detail, coordination, and time-management skills.

Salary

₹ 25000 TO 30000 per month, based on experience and skills.

Typically works in an office setting but may involve on-site visits
