As we prepare for our international launch, we are looking for a highly creative and experienced Social Media Graphic Designer based in India to join our growing global team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who understands modern technology branding and knows how to create fresh, engaging and visually compelling content for international audiences.

About the Role

As our Social Media Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our International Brand Manager and Founder to create high-quality visual content for:

● LinkedIn

● Instagram

● Facebook

● X Twitter

● Other digital and social media campaigns as required

You will be responsible for turning content briefs and ideas into polished social media graphics that are modern, engaging and consistent with the SICONICA brand.

Our visual identity must feel fresh, innovative and technology led not traditional or overly corporate.

We are therefore looking for someone who understands the current visual language of leading technology, SaaS and AI brands.

Key Responsibilities

● Design high-quality static social media graphics.

● Create engaging, well-structured carousel posts.

● Transform written content and creative briefs into strong visual concepts.

● Develop graphics for product highlights, technology news, thought-leadership content, company announcements and promotional campaigns.

● Maintain consistency across all brand assets, including colours, typography, imagery, spacing and overall visual direction.

● Ensure every design feels aligned with a modern global technology company.

● Resize and adapt creative assets for LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.

● Work collaboratively with the International Brand Manager and Founder.

● Respond professionally to feedback and complete revisions promptly.

● Manage multiple design assignments while meeting agreed deadlines.

● Maintain organised working files and provide editable source files when required.

● Remain informed about current social media,



technology and digital-design trends.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

● Be currently based in India and able to work remotely.

● Have professional experience designing social media content for international companies, clients or audiences.

● Possess strong written and spoken English communication skills.

● Have a proven portfolio of social media design work.

● Demonstrate experience creating both static graphics and multi-slide carousels.

● Have a strong understanding of brand consistency and visual identity.

● Understand how to present information clearly without overcrowding a design.

● Have an excellent eye for typography, layout, hierarchy, imagery and spacing.

● Be able to produce contemporary designs with a fresh, contemporary technology feel.

● Be confident using professional design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or Canva.

● Be comfortable receiving feedback and refining designs until they meet the required standard.

● Have reliable internet access and the equipment needed to work effectively from home.

● Be dependable, organised and able to work successfully within an international remote team.

Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following areas will be highly regarded:

● Technology, SaaS, AI, cybersecurity, cloud or software companies

● International brands or global marketing teams

● LinkedIn thought-leadership graphics

● Technology product promotions

● Paid social media advertisements

● Infographics and data-led content

● Corporate branding presented in a fresh and contemporary style

● Short-form motion graphics or animated social content

The Designer We Are Looking For

You understand that modern technology design is not simply about adding futuristic imagery or gradients.



You know how to use strong typography, thoughtful layouts, clean visual hierarchy and carefully selected imagery to communicate credibility, innovation and energy.

You can keep a brand consistent while ensuring that its content does not become repetitive. Your designs should feel clean and professional, but never dated, generic or overly corporate.

You will be expected to bring creative ideas to the role not simply follow instructions mechanically.

Portfolio Requirements

A portfolio is mandatory.

Your application must include clear examples of:

● Social media carousel designs

● Static social media graphics

● Work completed for international companies or brands

● Technology, SaaS, AI or similarly modern brand content, where available

● Designs created specifically for LinkedIn, Instagram or Facebook

Please clearly explain your personal contribution to any collaborative projects included in your portfolio.

Pay: ₹200.00 - ₹250.00 per hour
