Chandigarh Colonisers is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager to manage residential flat sales and corporate sales across Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula and Zirakpur.

Experience Required:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in real-estate sales, residential flat sales or corporate sales.
- Candidate must be based in Chandigarh Tricity.
- Robust network of corporate clients, channel partners, property dealers and investors in the Tricity region is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and increase the sales of residential flats and other real-estate projects.
- Generate leads through corporate visits, references, channel partners, property portals and digital platforms.
- Develop relationships with companies, banks, government departments and other institutions.
- Conduct client meetings, project presentations and site visits.




- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Follow up with potential buyers and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Negotiate prices and payment plans according to company policies.
- Build and manage a strong network of property dealers and channel partners.
- Lead, guide and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor competitor projects, pricing and Tricity market trends.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with the documentation and accounts teams until the sale is completed.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
