Job Title: Customer Support Executive (UK Process)

Shift Timing:
UK Shift – 12:30 PM to 10:30 PM (Monday to Friday, as applicable)

Probation Period:
3 Months

Transportation:
No Cab Facility Provided

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat professionally.
- Provide prompt and accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
- Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.

Requirements:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.




- Robust problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to work in the UK shift (12:30 PM – 10:30 PM).
- Customer service experience is preferred but freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
