We are looking for an NPD Executive with 2-3 years of experience in New Product Development, Vendor Development, Purchase/Procurement, Market Research, and Competitive Benchmarking.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end new product development activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify new product opportunities.
- Coordinate product trials, sample development, and product launches.
- Develop and manage vendors for sourcing components and materials.
- Handle procurement activities, supplier negotiations, and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Quality, Production, and Marketing.
- SAP/ Excel

Preferred Background: Candidates from Consumer Durables, Houseware, Kitchenware, Plastic Manufacturing, or Homeware Industries.
