The Area Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations, business growth, and performance of branches or teams within an assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and manage the performance of branches/units within the assigned area.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate team members.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on business performance and operations.
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly.
- Coordinate with senior management regarding business plans and organizational goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree, or a related field.

Experience: 10 years of Banking or relevant experience is preferred.

Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple teams and meet performance targets.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
