Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Bike Mechanic / Two-Wheeler Technician to join our workshop. The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and engine-related work on different brands and models of two-wheelers.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform regular servicing and maintenance of two-wheelers.
- Carry out engine repair and overhaul work, including opening, inspection, repair and assembly of engines.
- Diagnose and repair engine starting, pickup, mileage, overheating and performance issues.
- Handle clutch, gearbox and transmission-related repairs.
- Perform brake system servicing and repairs.
- Repair and replace chain sprocket, clutch plates, bearings and other wear-and-tear parts.
- Handle suspension, front fork and rear shock absorber-related work.
- Diagnose and repair electrical and wiring problems.
- Work on battery, starter motor, charging system, ignition system and sensors.
- Have knowledge of fuel-injection (FI) and carburettor systems.
- Carry out ECU/sensor-related diagnosis and understand basic diagnostic procedures.
- Perform tyre removal, fitting, puncture-related work and wheel-related repairs when required.
- Identify faulty spare parts and recommend the correct replacement.
- Maintain proper quality and cleanliness while working on customer vehicles.
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining workshop safety standards.

Vehicle Knowledge Required

The candidate should have good practical knowledge of different two-wheeler brands and models, including:

- Bajaj: Pulsar, NS, N-Series, Dominar, Avenger, CT, Platina, etc.
- Hero: Splendor, Passion, Glamour, HF Deluxe, Xtreme, Xpulse, etc.
- Honda: Activa, Shine, SP125, Unicorn, Hornet, CB series, etc.
- TVS: Jupiter, Apache, Raider, Ntorq, Sport, Radeon, etc.
- Yamaha: FZ, R15, MT series, Fascino,



RayZR, etc.
- Royal Enfield: Classic, Bullet, Hunter, Meteor, Himalayan, etc.
- Suzuki: Access, Gixxer, Burgman, etc.
- Familiarity with other brands and newer BS6/BS6.2 models will be an advantage.

Candidate Requirements

- Prior experience as a bike mechanic/two-wheeler technician is preferred.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of two-wheeler servicing and repairs.
- Good understanding of engine mechanical work is essential.
- Should be able to independently identify and solve common mechanical and electrical problems.
- Should have knowledge of both carburettor and FI vehicles.
- Experience with BS4 and BS6 vehicles will be preferred.
- Ability to work on multiple brands and models.
- Should be hardworking, reliable and responsible.
- Should maintain good behaviour with customers and other workshop staff.
- ITI / Automobile Mechanic qualification is an advantage but practical experience will also be considered.

Preferred Experience

- 1+ years: Basic two-wheeler servicing and repair experience.
- 3–5 years: Strong independent mechanic with engine and electrical knowledge.
- 5+ years: Highly experienced mechanic capable of handling complex engine, electrical and diagnostic work independently.
