We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Manager-Loyaly Program to spearhead the acquisition and onboarding of small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across Kozhikode into our corporate loyalty program. This is a high-impact role focused on building a vast network of partner merchants (retail, dining, local services) to provide value to our members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Development (B2B): Proactively identify, pitch to, and close deals with local SME business owners in the city to join our loyalty program network.
- Lead Generation: Utilize local market knowledge and networking to build a robust pipeline of potential B2B merchant partners.
- Relationship Management: Manage the end-to-end partner onboarding process, ensuring high satisfaction and effective program utilization.
- Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for merchant acquisition and revenue generation.





Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Must be a Graduate (any discipline).
- At least 2 years of proven B2B or Outdoor Sales experience (experience onboarding merchants, selling SaaS, or corporate services in Kozhikode is a plus).
- Good English Communication & Presentation Skills (Malayalam proficiency is mandatory for local sales).
- Extensive Good Connections in the local market of Kozhikode.
- Self-starter with strong negotiation skills and the ability to work independently in the field.
