Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Real Estate Telesales Executive to generate and convert property leads. The candidate will connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, explain suitable projects, and schedule site visits.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
- Understand customers’ property requirements, budget, and preferences.
- Explain real estate projects, pricing, offers, and payment plans.
- Generate interest and convert leads into site visits.
- Follow up with prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer records in CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and further negotiations.
- Build strong relationships with prospective buyers.




- Provide regular updates on lead status and sales performance.

Qualifications

- Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in telesales, real estate, BPO, or direct sales.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi and English communication skills preferred.
- Confident, energetic, and target-oriented personality.
- Ability to handle customer objections and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage.
- Freshers with robust communication and sales skills can also apply.
