The Role

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll do:

- Apply your recruitment expertise to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes and stakeholder experience.
- Use your stakeholder management skills to advise hiring managers and drive hiring decisions.
- Collaborate with sourcing and administration teams to ensure seamless recruitment delivery.
- Contribute to talent pipelining and workforce planning through market insights and proactive engagement.
- Continuous improvement in recruitment processes, compliance, and hiring efficiency.

Skills & Requirements

- Demonstrated ability in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
- Strength in candidate assessment, consultation, and offer negotiation
- Familiarity with ATS, CRM, recruitment technologies, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-touch,



client-focused environment.
- Solid communication, critical thinking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, build trusted relationships, and deliver against agreed SLAs.
