Territory Sales Officer – Cement

Role: Territory Sales Officer – Cement
Experience: 2–5 years in cement/building material sales

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage sales and business development within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors and builders.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
- Manage dealer network and ensure product availability.
- Follow up on orders, payments and outstanding dues.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular market feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order and delivery processes.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of cement and construction/building materials.
- Solid sales and negotiation skills.
- Good dealer and customer relationship management.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
