Job Description – HP Technical Support Executive (International Voice Process)Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to provide technical assistance to international customers for HP products. The role involves troubleshooting hardware/software issues, guiding customers through solutions, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience over voice support.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle international inbound voice calls from HP customers.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, printer, laptop, desktop, and connectivity issues.
- Provide step-by-step technical assistance and remote troubleshooting.
- Identify the root cause of customer issues and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant technical team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the support system.
- Follow HP technical support processes, quality standards, and escalation procedures.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through qualified and effective communication.
- Meet defined SLA, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.




- Experience in technical support / international voice process / customer support preferred.
- Good knowledge of computer hardware, Windows OS, networking, printers, and basic troubleshooting.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
- Good customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
