About the Role:

We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist with strong hands-on experience in performance marketing and lead generation to manage and scale paid search campaigns across the India and UAE markets.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Google Ads, conversion tracking, campaign optimisation, and lead-generation strategies, with a proven ability to improve campaign performance while maintaining cost efficiency.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

- Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads, including Search, Performance Max, AI Max, and Display.
- Solid hands-on experience in Google Ads account management, including multi-campaign and multi-market accounts.
- Proven track record in lead generation, reducing CPL, and scaling qualified lead volume.
- Ability to independently manage Google Ads campaigns across both the UAE and India markets.
- Working knowledge of supporting tools relevant to India-market lead generation, including:
- Conversion tracking
- GA4
- Google Tag Manager
- Landing-page / CRO optimisation
- CRM and offline-conversion integration
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in performance marketing.
