ob Description (JD) – Warehouse Picker & Packer

- Pick materials accurately as per the Delivery Note (DN), Pick List, or system instructions.
- Verify the material code, quantity, batch/serial number, and product condition before packing.
- Pack materials using approved packaging standards to ensure secure transportation.
- Label and prepare packages correctly for dispatch, including shipping labels and documents.
- Handle materials carefully to avoid damage during picking, packing, and movement.
- Report any stock shortages, damaged materials, or discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the picking, packing, and staging areas.
- Follow all warehouse SOPs, safety guidelines, and 5S practices while performing daily activities.
- Assist in inventory counting, stock replenishment, and other warehouse operations as required.
- Achieve daily productivity and accuracy targets while ensuring timely order fulfillment.
