Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective students.
- Counsel students regarding courses, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Handle student queries and objections professionally.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission/revenue targets.
- Maintain lead and follow-up records in CRM/Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with the backend team for smooth admission and enrollment.
- Maintain daily calling and conversion reports.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
