*Job Description:*

We are looking for a motivated Account Executive to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting entries, invoicing, ledger maintenance, and basic financial record-keeping, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Maintain accurate books of accounts and daily transaction entries

- Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payment records

- Assist with bank reconciliation and vendor / customer reconciliation and petty cash management

- Support GST/TDS documentation and basic compliance tasks





- Coordinate with vendors and clients for account-related queries

- Assist senior accounts staff with monthly and yearly closing

*Eligibility Criteria:*

- *Education:* Graduate/Postgraduate (Commerce background preferred)

- *Experience:* 0–1 year (Freshers welcome)

- *Languages:* Gujarati, Hindi, English

- *Gender:* Male/Female

*Salary:* ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month
