About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused Associate to handle insurance policy and claims-related queries, manage support tickets, and coordinate with insurers, TPAs, and internal teams for timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries related to insurance policies and claims.
- Assist with claim intimation, documentation, and status updates.
- Manage and track support tickets through CRM.
- Coordinate with insurers, TPAs, and internal teams for claim resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer and claim records.
- Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely closure.
- Provide support through calls, emails, and chats.





Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 6 months–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Insurance Operations, or Claims.
- Basic understanding of insurance and claim processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
