CrewGine is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive who can help us acquire new clients and grow our business. This is a performance-based opportunity with significant earning potential for someone who is confident in sales and client acquisition.

Responsibilities

- Identify and generate potential business leads.
- Reach out to prospective clients through LinkedIn, email, calls, social media, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable CrewGine services.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects.
- Negotiate with clients and convert qualified leads into closed deals.
- Coordinate with the CrewGine team throughout the sales process when required.

Compensation

30% commission on every client deal successfully closed.

There is no fixed salary for this position. Your earnings are directly based on the business you generate and successfully close.

Requirements

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.




- Confidence in approaching and communicating with potential clients.
- Experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or client acquisition is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Knowledge of web development, digital services, or technology is a plus.
