Role Overview
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Civil Engineer – Site to oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring that work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at site.
- Ensure execution of work as per architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and other working drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
- Check dimensions, levels, alignments, materials, and workmanship at various stages of construction.
- Ensure proper implementation of structural and architectural details at site.
- Monitor quantities and material requirements and coordinate timely procurement.
- Prepare and maintain site measurements, quantity calculations, work progress reports, and site records.
- Identify discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions and coordinate for necessary clarifications.
- Ensure construction is carried out as per approved specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and report delays, issues, and site requirements to the project team.
- Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate rectification of defective or incomplete works.
- Coordinate with the design team to resolve technical and execution-related issues.
- Assist in checking contractor bills and verifying measurements of completed works.




- Ensure proper sequencing and coordination of civil, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works.
- Maintain proper documentation of site instructions, measurements, material approvals, and progress.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety practices and site procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of site experience in residential/commercial construction preferred.
- Good knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, tiling, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality standards.
- Positive coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to independently monitor site activities and solve execution issues.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is preferred.
- Knowledge of quantity estimation and measurement is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
