Position: Civil Engineer

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Job Summary

DMR Landz is looking for a Civil Engineer to oversee site development, construction activities, layout planning, and project execution. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise construction and site development activities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed as per plans.
- Prepare and review drawings, estimates, BOQs, and project reports.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
- Verify measurements and prepare work completion reports.
- Assist in layout planning and infrastructure development.
- Monitor material requirements and site inventory.
- Coordinate with government departments for approvals when required.

Requirements





- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and civil engineering software.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in real estate, land development, or construction projects.
- Knowledge of estimation, quantity surveying, and site management.
- Familiarity with local building regulations and approval procedures.

Working Hours

- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
