Position: Junior Executive Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with 2–3 years of relevant experience to handle day-to-day accounting, billing, GST, TDS, forex billing, reconciliations, documentation and finance-related coordination. The candidate must have hands-on knowledge of Tally and GST and should be comfortable managing routine email communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries, vouchers and financial records in Tally/Tally Prime.
- Handle purchase, sales, receipt, payment and journal entries with proper supporting documents.
- Prepare and maintain GST-related data, reconciliations and supporting documents.




- Coordinate and ensure timely GST payment and maintain records/challans of GST payments.
- Assist in TDS return preparation and coordinate with consultants/auditors wherever required.
- Maintain proper records of GST, TDS, billing, forex billing and other statutory documents.
- Support monthly and year-end closing activities and audit requirements.

Required Skills

- Robust hands-on knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime.
- Good working knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Knowledge of billing and forex billing processes.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
