About the Role

A Canadian company is hiring candidates in Mohali to support Transportation Operations for the US and Canadian markets.

This is a Work From Office opportunity suitable for candidates with good English communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a willingness to work night shifts.

No prior experience is required. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day transportation operations for the US and Canadian markets.
- Coordinate with clients, drivers, and other relevant stakeholders through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Maintain and update operational records and information.
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks as required.
- Use MS Office for reports, records, and documentation.
- Follow company processes and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Provide timely updates and support to the operations team.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Minimum Graduation in any field.
- Very good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic to good knowledge of MS Office, including Word and Excel.
- Good computer typing skills.




- Comfortable working with computers and online systems.
- Willingness to work in night shifts according to the assigned schedule.
- Ability to work from the Mohali office.

Experience

Experience is not mandatory. Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Candidates with experience in transportation, logistics, customer support, operations, data entry, or international processes may also apply.
