Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and increase sales of pest control services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, explaining pest control solutions, conducting site visits, preparing quotations, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, online enquiries, and other channels.
- Identify and approach potential residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable pest control solutions.
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate with the operations team for service requirements.




- Prepare and submit quotations and negotiate with customers to close deals.
- Follow up regularly with leads, quotations, and prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Coordinate with the service/operations team to ensure smooth execution of contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, quotations, and sales in CRM/MIS.
- Identify opportunities for annual maintenance contracts (AMC) and recurring pest control services.
- Collect customer feedback and support the team in resolving customer concerns.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
