Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, manage teams, improve processes, and ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor daily operational activities.
- Supervise and motivate the team to achieve targets.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and attendance.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly operational reports.
- Identify operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Handle escalations and maintain customer satisfaction.




- Conduct team meetings and performance reviews.
- Ensure company policies and SOPs are properly followed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–3 years of relevant experience in Operations/Team Management.

- Robust leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and basic reporting tools.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and monitor performance.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
