We are looking for a confident and motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional approach, and at least 1* years of relevant experience* in lead generation, telecalling, inside sales, or business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through cold calling, online research, databases, and other sources.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce the company’s products/services.
- Identify potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Qualify leads and arrange appointments or meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and regularly update lead and customer databases.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation targets.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, leads, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the sales/business development team to ensure effective lead conversion.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective customers.




- Provide regular reports on lead-generation and calling activities.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in lead generation, cold calling, telecalling, inside sales, or business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
- Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain consistent follow-ups.
- Prior experience in Software/IT Sales will be an advantage.
