Relationship Manager for the Broking Channel in Begumpet, Hyderabad. You'll work full time from the office, focusing on motor insurance while supporting agent-driven sales across life and health products.

What you'll do

- You'll recruit and onboard insurance agents into the agency channel.
- You'll drive sales of motor insurance, and support life and health insurance sales through your agent network.
- You'll build and manage a productive agent network, ensuring agents are engaged and performing.
- You'll work toward and achieve business and revenue targets for your territory.

What we're looking for

- Experience in motor insurance is preferred.
- You'll be comfortable engaging with agents, guiding them through onboarding and sales activities.
- You'll be target-driven, a clear communicator, and able to manage relationships consistently.
- You'll be available to work from the Begumpet office on a full-time basis.
