- Identify and develop new business opportunities for PCD Pharma and Third-Party Manufacturing.
- Generate leads through calling, WhatsApp, email, online platforms, references, and other business-development channels.
- Contact pharma distributors, stockists, wholesalers, PCD franchise partners, and pharmaceutical companies to promote company products and services.
- Explain product range, compositions, pricing, monopoly rights, promotional support, and business terms to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Follow up regularly with leads and convert enquiries into orders and long-term business relationships.
- Handle customer enquiries related to product availability, pricing, packaging, minimum order quantity, dispatch, and manufacturing requirements.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers for repeat orders and pending payments, wherever applicable.
- Coordinate with the backend, production, purchase, accounts, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order processing.




- Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, follow-ups, orders, sales, and lead status.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales and follow-up reports to the reporting manager.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Participate in pharma exhibitions, meetings, conferences, and promotional activities to generate business leads.
- Promote new product launches and communicate product updates and promotional schemes to customers.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction and timely service.
- Maintain regular communication with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other business channels.
- Follow company policies, pricing guidelines, reporting procedures, and qualified standards.
- Work proactively towards business expansion, customer acquisition, and achievement of sales goals.

Pay: ₹15,969.98 - ₹33,717.80 per month
