Key Responsibilities:
- Handle sales of luxury diamond and jewellery products to premium customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and explain diamond, gemstone and jewellery specifications.
- Manage walk-in customers, enquiries and follow-ups.
- Generate recent business through referrals, networking and client relationships.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on leads.
- Coordinate with production, billing and other teams for smooth order execution.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a premium buying experience.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
