Job Description:
The Associate Sales Manager - Bancassurance will be responsible for driving sales and maintaining relationships with bank partners to promote and sell life insurance products. This role involves collaborating closely with the bank's sales teams to identify potential customers and execute effective sales strategies. The Associate Sales Manager will be tasked with expanding the customer base by providing product knowledge, conducting training, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, the role requires monitoring sales performance, developing sales initiatives, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with bank partners.
- Train bank staff on life insurance products and their benefits.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the bank’s customer base.
- Support bank sales teams in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to optimize sales strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.




- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to bank staff.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings and customer service.
