We help businesses, shops, restaurants, cafés, offices, events, and brands improve their customer experience and visibility through practical and customized branding solutions.

We are looking for 3 Sales Executives to join our growing team and take our products to more businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and reach out to potential B2B customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, email, and other channels.
- Generate current leads and convert them into customers.
- Promote StickerKada.com products including stickers, QR stands, display stands, and customized branding products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Handle sales enquiries and provide product details, pricing, quotations, and order information.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth processing of confirmed orders.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, orders, and conversions.




- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Explore new customer segments such as restaurants, cafés, retail stores, salons, offices, hotels, events, and other businesses.
- Identify opportunities for repeat orders and upselling/cross-selling.

We are looking for someone who is:

- Confident and comfortable speaking with business owners and customers.
- Good at convincing, negotiating, and closing sales.
- Proactive and target-oriented.
- Strong in follow-ups and relationship building.

Compensation

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month+ Performance-based incentives

Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, and performance.
