Assistant Manager – Operations

Location: Hyderabad

Unison i3x, a portfolio company of Ideation3x, supports the Government's Clean India Mission through integrated solid waste management initiatives, including recovery, bio-mining, treatment and conversion of waste into useful products.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Assistant Manager – Operations to oversee daily workflows and drive process efficiency. The role involves monitoring operational performance, identifying bottlenecks, coordinating with multiple teams and ensuring operational targets and SLAs are achieved.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Oversight & Site Visits

- Conduct periodic site visits across Telangana to monitor onsite operations.
- Identify operational challenges and coordinate corrective measures.
- Monitor compliance with safety and environmental regulations at operational sites.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

- Maintain and update daily operations KPI sheets for Cube, 2DC and MI.
- Ensure accurate operational data tracking.
- Prepare and present periodic reports covering site performance, project progress and operational bottlenecks.





Coordination & Communication

- Act as a liaison between site in-charges and management.
- Coordinate across departments for smooth project execution and issue resolution.
- Follow up with associated companies regarding assigned tasks, project milestones and compliance requirements.

Audit & Compliance

- Assist in internal audits for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
- Participate in risk assessments.
- Ensure adherence to quality, environmental and safety standards.
- Support preparation of audit reports with observations and recommendations.

Candidate Requirements

- 0–3 years of experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical or Material Sciences.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, formulas and formatting.
- Experience with ERP, CRM or project management software.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate and motivate teams under tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for site visits across Telangana.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
