About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate should have 6+ years of relevant accounting experience and strong hands-on experience with Xero accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations.
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
- Manage invoices, payments, expenses, and ledger entries.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 6+ years of relevant accounting experience.
- Mandatory:



Hands-on experience with Xero accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Experience in AP/AR, bank reconciliation, invoicing, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valuable communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.

Preferred

- Experience handling international accounts/clients will be an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
