Senior Accounts Manager

Sri Lakshmi Automobile World is seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Manager to manage accounts, financial operations and internal audit activities across our Sales and Service branches in Salem.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations
- Supervise and coordinate the Accounts team
- Handle GST, TDS and statutory compliance activities
- Monitor receivables, payables, bank reconciliation and cash flow
- Review branch accounts and financial transactions
- Conduct regular internal audits across Sales and Service branches
- Verify accounting records, supporting documents and internal controls
- Prepare MIS and financial reports for Management
- Coordinate with auditors and Management
- Identify discrepancies and ensure timely corrective action
- Visit branches for audit and process verification
- Drive a 4-wheeler for branch visits and internal audit activities





Candidate Requirements

- Experience in Accounts and Finance
- Experience in team handling and branch-level accounts
- Valuable knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Willingness to travel to branch locations
- Valid driving licence and ability to drive a 4-wheeler

Salary

From ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and skills
