JOB TITLE: STORE MANAGER & OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE.

Role Overview.

We are seeking a computer-literate, detail-oriented Sales & Operations Executive to manage daily sales workflows, client communication, and digital leads. You will handle end-to-end sales processes—from building Excel quotations and managing B2B platforms to closing counter sales and driving lead follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Quotations & Pricing: Prepare accurate price quotes, estimates, and bills using MS Excel based on specific product margins and discount structures.

B2B Portal Management: Maintain sales portals like IndiaMART, respond promptly to buy leads, track inquiries, and update product listings.

Lead Generation & Follow-ups: Proactively call prospective buyers, pursue open quotations, and convert incoming leads into active accounts.

Counter Sales: Assist walk-in customers, address product queries, process orders in office,



and deliver a smooth counter experience.

Data Management: Keep clean records of daily sales, client databases, and inventory levels using spreadsheets.

Qualifications & Requirements

MS Excel Proficiency & Computer Literacy: Skilled at using online portals, web browsers, email, and office productivity tools.

Analytical Ability: Rapid numerical reasoning to assess margins, calculate quick discount tiers, and evaluate product specs.

Communication: Clear spoken and written skills for handling phone calls, client emails, and walk-in sales.

Experience: 1–3 years in sales coordination, counter sales, or trading administration preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
