Job Role

We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive to manage day-to-day online operations for our women’s ethnic wear business.

Key Responsibilities

- Product listing and catalogue management on e-commerce portals.
- Upload and maintain product images, descriptions, sizes, prices, SKUs, and other product details.
- Regularly verify online stock vs. physical warehouse stock and update inventory.
- Manage online orders, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and RTOs.
- Reconcile portal orders, sales, returns, and payment settlements with internal records.
- Coordinate with warehouse, accounts, dispatch, and sales teams.
- Prepare and maintain Excel/MIS reports for stock, orders, sales, and reconciliation.




- Identify and resolve stock, listing, order, and payment discrepancies.
- Handle basic marketplace portal issues and coordinate with portal support when required.

Requirements

- Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in E-Commerce Operations.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Experience with e-commerce portals/marketplaces preferred.
- Candidates with Textile, Garment, Apparel, or Fashion industry experience will be preferred.
- Experience in product listing and inventory/portal reconciliation will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
