About the Role

Alluring Monks is looking for a Senior Social Media Manager who can independently manage multiple brand accounts and take complete ownership of strategy, content, execution, client communication and day to day account management.

This is a senior and responsible role for someone who understands social media beyond simply posting content and can manage multiple clients while maintaining quality, consistency and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage 8 to 9 client accounts simultaneously across different industries.
- Develop and execute social media strategies based on individual brand objectives.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars, campaigns and daily deliverables.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant social media platforms.
- Coordinate with designers, content teams and clients for timely execution.
- Review and quality check content and creatives before they are submitted to clients.
- Monitor account performance, engagement, reach and follower growth.
- Conduct competitor and trend research and identify relevant content opportunities.
- Handle client communication, feedback, approvals and follow ups professionally.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
- Take complete ownership of assigned accounts and ensure smooth day to day management.
- Coordinate with the performance marketing team wherever paid campaigns are involved.

Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of relevant Social Media Management experience.



Candidates with less than 4 years of experience should not apply.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and their respective content formats and strategies.
- Experience managing multiple brand accounts, preferably within an agency environment.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, planning and execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong client management and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accountability for deliverables.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Performance marketing and Meta Ads knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners or candidates who can join without a long notice period will be preferred.

What We Expect

This is not an entry level or purely execution based role. You will be responsible for managing 8 to 9 accounts and ensuring that strategy, content, communication and execution are handled properly.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership, work independently, manage pressure and maintain a consistently high standard of work across multiple accounts.

Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and capability.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
