We are looking for an experienced Content Writer / Content Strategist to create high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong writing and editing skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to simplify complex topics for target audiences.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation

- Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, emails, and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure content is clear, engaging, accurate, and aligned with brand voice and tone.
- Develop both long-form and short-form content tailored to target audiences.
- Simplify complex topics into easy-to-understand and engaging content.

Content Strategy & Planning

- Define and execute content strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Conduct audience research and develop content personas.
- Create and maintain editorial calendars and content roadmaps.
- Identify content gaps, trends, and opportunities for growth.

SEO & Content Optimization

- Optimize content using SEO best practices, including keyword research, meta tags, internal linking, and content structure.
- Analyze content performance using tools such as Google Analytics and SEO platforms.
- Recommend improvements based on content performance and audience behavior.
- Ensure content is structured for readability, engagement, and search discoverability.

Content Governance

- Maintain consistency of content across multiple platforms.




- Ensure content follows brand guidelines and applicable compliance standards.
- Manage the complete content lifecycle, including updates, audits, and archival.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, product, and other teams as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in content writing and/or content strategy.
- Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
- Strong understanding of content marketing principles.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics.
- Solid research and analytical skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate them effectively.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Desired Skills

- Experience working in B2B or industry-specific domains, such as technology, finance, or healthcare.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, AEM, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of UX writing and conversion-focused content.
- Experience with social media strategy and paid campaigns.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an added advantage.
