VP / GM – Residential Real Estate | Indore

CTC: ₹12–15 LPA
Location: Indore
Experience: 10–15+ years in Real Estate / Residential Projects

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead the overall residential real estate business and project operations in Indore.
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales, revenue and profitability targets.
- Drive residential project sales, channel partner development and customer acquisition.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to booking and closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, investors, customers and other stakeholders.
- Identify new market opportunities and provide inputs for new project launches.
- Monitor project performance, sales pipeline, collections and market competition.
- Lead, mentor and manage the sales and business development team.
- Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, Finance, Legal and Project teams for smooth project execution.




- Prepare MIS and business reports for senior management and ensure achievement of business goals.

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate/MBA preferred, with strong experience in residential real estate.
- 10–15+ years of relevant experience, preferably with reputed real estate developers.
- Strong understanding of the Indore residential real estate market.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Robust leadership, negotiation, networking and team-management skills.
- Experience handling large sales teams and channel partners.
- Strong business acumen and ability to independently manage a P&L;/business vertical.
