We are looking for a proactive and well-organized professional to manage administrative activities, sales coordination, customer communication, and regular follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day administrative and sales coordination activities.
- Manage calls, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, dispatch, and other departments.
- Maintain customer records, quotations, orders, and reports.
- Track pending orders, payments, and customer requirements.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports using MS Excel & Word.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and requirements.

Required Skills





- Excellent follow-up and coordination skills – Mandatory
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Professional attitude and attention to detail.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Admin, Sales Coordination, Customer Support, or CRM.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
